Welcome to our web site!

Our style of Karate is called Zen- Karate Jutsu . We teach a wide range of self-protection skills to both adults and children.

All training is done in a safe environment by qualified Martial Arts Instructors who are CRB (Criminal Records) checked.

Everybody’s Welcome

As well established schools we already have an assorted array of students spanning a wide range of ages, gender and ability- there is no segregation, only integration. For children, it means a safe environment where confidence, focus and discipline are developed leaving them better equipped to build relationships with parents, academics and peers. For the parents themselves, it offers the chance to exploit the value of positive role models. Our older members can look forward to the opportunity to build their fitness and flexibility whilst beating the stresses and strains of everyday life.

"Jason Murray is one of a small number of martial arts instructors who understand the true combative nature of karate. On the numerous times I have visited his dojo, I have always been impressed by both Jason and his students. The skill of his students is a glowing testament to Jason's teaching methods. Jason is also one of only a handful of people to successfully complete my instructors' program and I have no hesitation in recommending Jason and his works to anyone looking to get beyond the surface of karate and practice the art as the holistic system that it originally was."
